Fr Louie and Dennis Apel court date postponed until Sept 15th.

 Fr. Louie Vitale and Dennis Apel did appear in court in Santa Barbara 1415 State Street  Due to a ruling by the 9th district federal appeals court for a different person  we thought that the charges would  be dropped.  They were not dropped, the trial was continued until Sept 15.
 We do not really know how this new ruling will play out in court. 

There was an ICBM test launch on June 22.  I have been in Korea on behalf of the Global Network, to give support to my friend and fellow GN board member Sung-Hee Choi.  Sung-Hee has collected letters of support for Vandenberg protesters.  See the Nuclear Resister article about Jeju Island for details, or go to www.space4peace.org.
