Peace Protests at Vandenberg Space Command / Air Force Base

Stop all future lCBM nuclear capable missile test from Vandenberg to the Kwajalein atoll in the Marshall Islands. The test missiles have a dummy warheads, but there are 450 Minuteman III ICBM in silos all over the midwest, armed with hydrogen bombs. A thermonuclear warhead is not a weapon without a delivery system. Vandenberg also launches the expensive "Star War" interceptors, and launches the military satellites in polar orbit that guide war from space.
